Smells like: old books, wood, peppermint tea
Bear with me, this is a sappy one! One of my first dates with my now-husband took place in a library on the UT campus, because I had to study for a final the next day. Instead of coffee or soda, he showed up with a huge thermos of peppermint tea with honey. For some reason this struck me as the most grown-up thing in the world, and I have thought of libraries and peppermint tea together ever since. I made a B in Criminal Law, but this candle is A+.

Soy wax candles burn long and clean, and each metal tin can easily be wiped out and re-used.
All of my candles are hand-poured in very small batches (by me), and all labels are handwritten (by me), so expect some slight variation in appearance. Otherwise, I would be a robot. And that would be WILD.
